About the Role
🏷️Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients.
🏷️Understand client requirements and ensure timely closures.
🏷️Lead, guide and monitor the recruitment team.
🏷️Allocate targets and track daily recruiter performance.
🏷️Source, screen and shortlist quality candidates.
🏷️Coordinate interviews, selections, offers and joining.
🏷️Maintain MIS, candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
🏷️Handle client and candidate relationships.
🏷️Follow up on joining and replacement cases.
🏷️Need to visit office for the Pen office whenever it necessary.
🏷️Achieve monthly placement and revenue targets.

Requirements
🎓 Qualification: Graduate
👩🏻🦱: Male or Female
📈 Experience: 1 to 3 years (Sales or in Recruitment)
